There are times in our lives when we all need help to work through difficulties and to understand our thoughts and feelings better. Counselling gives you the space to do this in a safe and confidential environment but also one in which care and compassion are key.
I offer counselling from the Person Centred Approach which means that I believe each person has the resources to find a way through their own issues, given the right environment in which they feel accepted, heard and understood. You will choose what to explore each session and the depth at which we work . This respectful approach ensures that you will not feel judged and that together we can explore your difficulties and work towards greater self understanding. From this, the way forward becomes clear.
